Hi, I’m Esther, lead chiropractor and founder of Esther K Chiropractic Clinic.
My journey into chiropractic care began in my early twenties after experiencing severe back pain that left me virtually unable to move for nearly two weeks. After trying conventional treatments with little success, I visited a chiropractor—and within just a few sessions, I was back on my feet and feeling like myself again. That life-changing experience inspired me to pursue my calling at the renowned Anglo-European College of Chiropractic (AECC) in Bournemouth, where I earned my Master’s Degree in Chiropractic (MChiro).
Through 13 years of clinical experience, I have had the privilege of helping a wide range of patients, from office workers dealing with posture-related issues and workplace strain, to elderly patients seeking support with mobility and maintaining an active lifestyle, as well as infants requiring gentle care. These experiences have allowed me to develop a broad understanding of the unique needs of each stage of life and to provide care that is adapted to each patient’s individual needs and circumstances.
My Treatment Philosophy
I enjoy working with people of all ages and draw from a wide variety of gentle, evidence-informed techniques. My approach is to understand the factors that may be contributing to your concerns and provide chiropractic care that supports comfortable movement, physical function, and long-term musculoskeletal health.
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I aim to consider the wider factors that may influence your condition, including lifestyle, movement, posture, and daily activities.
Special Interests: Pregnancy & Pediatric Care
As a mother of two young children, my personal journey through pregnancy, childbirth, and raising children has deepened my interest and passion for pregnancy and paediatric chiropractic care. Experiencing the physical and emotional changes that come with pregnancy, as well as understanding the importance of supporting children's wellbeing, has inspired me to provide gentle and supportive care for mothers, infants, and families.
To further develop my knowledge in pregnancy and paediatric chiropractic care, I have completed additional professional training through the Academy of Functional Pediatrics (AFP), founded by Dr Steve Williams, an internationally recognised educator in chiropractic paediatrics. This training has expanded my understanding of age-appropriate assessment and gentle chiropractic techniques for pregnancy, infants, and children.
I am passionate about creating a comfortable and supportive environment where expectant mothers, infants, and their families receive care that is adapted to their individual needs. Whether supporting women through pregnancy or providing gentle chiropractic care for infants, my goal is to provide evidence-informed chiropractic care throughout different stages of life.
